New Door is an independent property brokerage and marketing brand in Egypt. It is not the developer of CityGate or Waterway West. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp, including about your personal information, using the number below.
Browsing and organising your choices
The website does not ask for your name or phone number and does not accept online enquiry submissions. Find my property creates an on-page summary from your purpose, area, budget and timing choices. Those selections are not sent to a server or database, or added to a WhatsApp link. You can change them or leave the page without sending an enquiry.
When you contact us directly
Opening WhatsApp takes you to an external service; it does not send a message for you. If you choose to call or send a message, we may receive your number, profile name and the information you choose to share, to respond and follow up on the matter you requested. Telephone and WhatsApp services have their own terms and privacy notices and may process information outside Egypt.
Retention and requests about your data
The website does not retain a record of recommendation choices or form submissions. For messages you send directly, contact us to ask about information associated with your conversation, request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up, subject to applicable legal obligations. Your rights do not depend on a marketing subscription.

Enquiries and marketing
An enquiry does not add you to future marketing lists. Choosing WhatsApp opens an external service under its own terms. The link prepared by this site includes project context only, not your name, budget or phone number.
