02Are prices and availability confirmed here?
We do not publish unconfirmed prices or inventory. Request current information for the home you are considering, including total price, payment terms, handover and offer validity.
03Can I enquire from outside Egypt?
Yes. Use your international number with its country code and choose WhatsApp or a phone call. You can agree a suitable time when the conversation starts.
04Do images show the current construction status?
Project images shown here are architectural renderings from the available materials, not evidence of current construction or handover. We label them and distinguish them from plans and commercial information.
05How does Find my property work?
Choose your purpose, area, budget range and timing. The guide suggests a starting point by area and prepares a summary for New Door. Price and handover suitability need a human review.
06Does an enquiry subscribe me to marketing?
No. Your enquiry details are used to respond and coordinate that request. Enquiring does not count as consent to future marketing messages.
